Job Summary

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of doctors, therapists, and healthcare providers on the platform. The role involves coordinating with professionals, ensuring smooth registration, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience. Candidates with a background in Psychology are highly preferred due to the nature of therapist onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end onboarding of doctors, therapists, and wellness providers
• Guide candidates through the registration and verification process
• Coordinate with internal teams for profile approval and activation
• Conduct onboarding calls and training sessions
• Ensure all documents and credentials are verified accurately
• Maintain and update onboarding records and databases
• Provide support and resolve queries of providers
• Follow up with candidates to ensure timely onboarding completion

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
• Basic understanding of healthcare and mental health roles
• Comfortable using CRM/tools and digital platforms

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience healthcare or wellness industry
• Candidates with experience in psychology, counseling, or mental health roles are preferred
