Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in investment and portfolio management, is seeking a UI Designer -Figma to join their team. As a UI Designer -Figma, you will be part of the Design and Product Development department supporting Portfolio Management Platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: UI Designer -Figma

Location: St. Louis , MO (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

Max Pay Range: $58/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Design and deliver high-quality user interface solutions for portfolio management, trading, rebalancing, and operational workflows across UMA and SMA platforms
  • Create wireframes, high fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma, ensuring consistency with enterprise design systems and accessibility standards
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology partners to translate business requirements into clear UI designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end workflow documentation, including current state and future state process maps

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in User Interface Designer, UX Designer, Product Designer, Business Analyst, or Product Owner roles with significant design responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience designing enterprise or platform-based applications within a product organization
  • Proficiency with Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration
  • Experience using JIRA to manage user stories, tasks, and design-related backlog items
  • Strong experience in workflow mapping, process modeling, or service design, with a working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
