Job Description
Our client, a leader in industrial solutions, is seeking dedicated and skilled Field Service Technicians to join their dynamic team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be an essential part of the service department supporting customer operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Field Service Technicians
Location: Landisville, PA
Pay Range: $28-$30
Shift: 6a-6p Mon-Sat (60 hours/wk)
3-month assignment (could go longer or possibly perm)
What's the Job?
- Perform on-site installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of company products
- Independently complete technical tasks such as wiring harness diagnostics, cargo and bulkhead installations, and roof framing according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks and resolve common field issues without direct supervision
- Communicate professionally with customers to explain service work, repairs, and maintenance needs
- Coordinate with supervisors, parts departments, and other technicians to ensure timely job completion
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in field service, manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or technical/trade school environments
- Intermediate troubleshooting skills with proficiency using hand and power tools
- Experience with electrical diagnostics, print/diagram reading, and use of a multimeter
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work independently in remote environments
