Role Description The Manager – Learning & Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs to foster employee growth and organizational excellence. This full-time, on-site role is based in Secunderābād. The role involves conducting training needs assessments, developing curriculum, facilitating workshops, and mentoring employees to align skills with business goals.

Additionally, the position will oversee the integration of innovative learning methodologies to enhance the employee experience and organizational capabilities.

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills to drive impactful learning sessions.
• Experience with performance management, leadership development, and assessment tools.

• Demonstrated management, collaboration, and people skills in team-oriented environments.
• Proficiency in e-learning platforms and knowledge of emerging trends in Learning & Development.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Education, or a related field.
