• Offer comprehensive primary care to residents
• Conduct health assessments during resident admissions
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on care
• Involve in the quality improvement initiatives
• Provide outreach services for residents transitioning to community Requirements:
• Master’s of Nursing or equivalent clinical qualification
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Preferably 3–5 years of long-term nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
