As the owner of the entire creator ecosystem at Manetain, your role involves managing various aspects such as the Mane Ambassador Program (MAP), influencer relations, PR collaborations, ad video production, and social media content creation. Collaborating closely with different teams within the company, you will ensure seamless execution of monthly touchpoints for creators.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Mane Ambassador Program (MAP)**
• Identify and onboard ambassadors aligned with Manetain's brand
• Manage all communication, queries, and deliverables related to MAP
• Track monthly content output and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate welcome kits, new-launch shipments, and product refills
• Handle monthly commission sheets and payout details
• Support community-driven product feedback initiatives
• **Influencer Relations & PR**
• Build and maintain relationships with creators across all tiers
• Plan and execute PR drops for new launches
• Coordinate addresses, availability, and shipping for PR activities
• Lead festive and multi-brand giveaways
• Ensure creators share launch-day content to boost product visibility
• **Paid Collaborations**
• Identify creators for paid content collaborations
• Negotiate terms, deliverables, and timelines
• Maintain tracking sheets for payments and approvals
• Seek leadership approval for high-value partnerships
• **Ad Video Production**
• Shortlist creators for ad content
• Coordinate all aspects of ad production including concept alignment and shoot supervision
• Ensure timely upload of raw clips for editing
• Track ad rights, monthly spends, and contracts
• **Social Media Creator Content**
• Identify creators for social content
• Brief creators, approve outfits, and supervise shoots
• Coordinate shipments, timelines, and clip uploads
• Maintain the content calendar and collaboration sheets
• **Operations, Tracking & Coordination**
• Maintain tracking sheets for payments, shipments, ad rights, and commissions
• Coordinate all shipments and timelines with operations
• Manage collaborations inbox and evaluate incoming requests
