Job Title: Senior AI Developer/Engineer

Location: Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid)

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced AI Developers with strong expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python-based AI frameworks and LLM integration, along with deep knowledge of RAG pipelines, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms.

Candidates with Python + LLM experience are preferred, while Java + LLM candidates willing to work with Python will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

AI / ML & Generative AI

• Design and develop Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using models such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, Llama, and other open-source LLMs.
• Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including advanced RAG techniques.
• Develop robust prompt engineering strategies, prompt tuning, and reusable prompt templates.
• Implement agentic frameworks for AI-driven workflows and use cases.
• Apply guardrails and evaluation techniques to ensure safe and reliable GenAI outputs.

Vector Databases & Data Retrieval

• Hands-on experience with vector databases, such as:
• PGVector
• Pinecone
• MongoDB Atlas
• Neo4j
• Design scalable solutions for semantic search, embeddings, and AI-based retrieval systems.

Deployment & MLOps

• Deploy GenAI models to production environments.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
• Jenkins
• GitLab CI
• Azure DevOps
• ArgoCD

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, and AI fundamentals.
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Neural Networks, and LLM architectures.
• Experience building LLM applications using frameworks like Hugging Face and LangChain.
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture and GenAI application design.
