About the Role
We are looking for someone who understands the end to end import and export process and can handle day to day operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of documentation, local customs procedures and international trade processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import and export documentation including Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice, Certificate of Origin and other related documents
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and customs agents
- Track and monitor shipments and provide timely updates
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth cargo movement
- Maintain and update shipment records accurately
What We Are Looking For:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of import and export operations
- Understanding of local customs procedures and international trade process
- Good knowledge of shipping and import documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem solving ability
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
