Primary Responsibilities

Marketing and Brand Management

• Manage social media profiles for at least three organizations or individuals
• Create and publish a minimum of two social media posts per week per profile
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Create and distribute client newsletters
• Use Canva and Advisor Stream to create compliant and engaging content
• Design marketing materials including brochures, one pagers, and client facing graphics
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital and print platforms

Operations and Client Service Support

• Manage and maintain the client database with accuracy and consistency
• Oversee client engagement, service tracking, and follow ups
• Support client onboarding and ongoing service processes
• Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and documentation
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks
• Support advisors by proactively removing operational friction

Planning and Execution

• Plan marketing, communication, and operational tasks weeks and months in advance
• Anticipate needs before they become issues
• Improve workflows and suggest better ways of doing things
• Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities

Tools You Will Use

• Canva
• Advisor Stream
• Salesforce
• FMG
• Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Zoom for virtual meetings and client interactions

What We Are Looking For

• Background in marketing, social media, graphic design either through education or work
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear and professional written communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Willingness to learn compliance driven marketing
• High level of ownership and responsibility
