Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Associate, located in Hyderabad. The Delivery Associate will coordinate and execute last-mile delivery operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers. Key responsibilities include inventory management, assisting in supply chain tasks, maintaining delivery schedules, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role involves teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure clear, professional interactions with clients and team members
• Knowledge of Inventory Management to efficiently handle stock tracking and organization
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management and Procurement processes to support delivery operations
• Ability to adhere to schedules and manage time effectively
• Basic familiarity with logistics software or systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or a related field are advantageous
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage physical delivery tasks
