Manager - Plant Quality
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Lead the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures; the acquisition, analysis, and interpretation of quality data; and the making of recommendations for improvement of important processes throughout the organization.
- To be able to identify issues & defects to improve the product quality & manufacturing processes
- To monitor & achieve the set Manufacturing Targets in terms of PQCDSM
- To resolve the ongoing problem and train others
- To support the production activities for smooth output
- To Ensure better Quality Product and continuous improvement in Product and its Services
- To Produce defect free product
- To produce the product as per specification and designed standards
- To Ensure desired quality of Product
