We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Closing Manager to handle end-to-end property sales closures. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful deals, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in and generated leads efficiently

Conduct site visits and property presentations

Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients

Maintain robust follow-ups to convert prospects into buyers

Coordinate with sales, CRM, and legal teams for smooth closure

Maintain proper documentation and sales records

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales/closing

Strong negotiation and convincing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Basic knowledge of real estate market and documentation
