Role Description
Magron Novus is seeking a full-time Associate Automotive Engineer to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. The Automotive Engineer will be responsible for ideating, designing, developing, and testing automotive systems and components, ensuring performance optimisation and safety. This role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting vehicle systems, analysing data for improvements, and staying informed about industry advancements to implement innovative solutions in electric vehicle technology. This will be a golden opportunity for you to get hands-on experience in developing a vehicle from scratch.

Those who can disassemble and assemble motorcycles and have prior experience in vehicle engineering, as well as cross-functional expertise, will get brownie points.
Qualifications
- Looking for somebody with 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Engineering fundamentals and Automotive Engineering
- Proficiency in Automotive mechanical, electronics and understanding of advanced vehicle technologies
- CAD/CAM expertise: SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion, Ansys, Simulink, Matlab
- Excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose and solve automotive engineering challenges
- Effective Communication skills to work collaboratively within and across teams
- Passion for automobiles, electric vehicles and sustainable transportation
- Bachelor’s, Diploma or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering
