About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Design QA/QC Specialist

to ensure the highest quality standards across all creative outputs. This role will act as a gatekeeper for design quality, consistency, and brand adherence while collaborating closely with design, marketing, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit creative assets (digital, print, branding, UI/UX) for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, typography standards, color systems, and layout principles
• Identify design inconsistencies, errors, and gaps before final delivery
• Work closely with designers to provide constructive feedback and improve output quality
• Establish and maintain design QA checklists, SOPs, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to align on requirements
• Conduct periodic quality audits and suggest process improvements
• Ensure version control and proper documentation of design assets
• Support in maintaining design systems and governance frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in

design quality assurance, creative review, or senior design roles

• Strong understanding of

design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

• Experience working with

branding, digital creatives, and UI/UX design reviews

• Proficiency in tools like

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Strong communication skills for providing clear and actionable feedback
• Experience in setting up QA processes or design governance frameworks is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in

Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

• Experience working in

agency or fast-paced marketing environments

• Exposure to

design systems and scalable creative processes
