Drive innovation as a Manufacturing Engineer in the automotive sector. Engage in developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency in production. As a key player, you'll utilize your mechanical engineering expertise to enhance manufacturing methods. This role requires a strong focus on statistical analysis, design of experiments, and quality control standards. Collaborating closely with product engineering, you will be instrumental in improving production techniques and addressing technical challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate high-volume manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement procedures for assembly and testing
- Design tooling and fixtures meeting production requirements
- Analyze and enhance manufacturing process flows
- Lead corrective actions for continuous improvement Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience in automotive manufacturing
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of CAD software, ideally SolidWorks
- Familiarity with QS9000/IATF 16949 standards
