Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering

Enhance manufacturing operations as an Industrial Engineer. Lead initiatives focusing on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and effective material flow management across the facility. • Implement process improvements using Lean methodologies
• Manage comprehensive Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
• Analyze operations and develop manufacturing methods
• Train staff on new processes and best practices
• Conduct troubleshooting on new equipment installations Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in automotive industry
• Proven ability to implement successful process changes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
