Role Description
Job Title: Automation & CRM Growth Specialist
We are looking for a smart and technically sound Automation & CRM Growth Specialist who can build strong flowcharts, automate lead journeys, and improve conversion from website traffic to sales.
The candidate should have solid knowledge of CRM systems, lead management, automation tools, customer journey mapping, and sales coordination. They must be able to create and optimize workflows for website inquiries, WhatsApp, follow-ups, lead nurturing, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage automation workflows
- Create strong flowcharts and customer journey systems
- Handle CRM, lead tracking, segmentation, and follow-ups
