Automation / Robotics Engineer Mechanical

You will be a part of Enstein Maestro Automation Pvt Ltd, a strategic joint venture focusing on delivering advanced industrial automation solutions, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and smart production line systems for manufacturing industries. Your role will involve developing automation solutions, integrating robotic systems, and supporting mechanical and control system design for industrial automation projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in robotic system integration platforms such as Robotics or similar automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation systems and robotic solutions for industrial applications.
• Perform robotic system integration including mechanical, electrical, and control coordination.
• Develop automation concepts and system layouts for robotics projects.
• Work on robot integration, end-effector design, and automation cell development.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using Fusion 360 or similar CAD software.
• Support simulation, testing, and validation of automation systems.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), process documentation, and system flow diagrams.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing teams for fabrication and system integration.
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and control engineers.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and robotics systems.
• Experience in robotic system integration (Robonetics or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as Fusion 360 for mechanical design and drafting.
• Understanding of robotic work cells, end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), and automation layouts.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes: VMC, HMC, Laser Cutting, Welding, Casting.
• Experience with BOM preparation, system process flow, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and mathematical problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong team collaboration and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
