Maes Solutions INC. is looking for a passionate and driven OPT Recruiter to join our growing team!

📍 Location: Hyderabad - Ramanthapur, Uppal

🏢 Work Mode: Onsite

🌙 Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

📅 Experience: O–5+ Years

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Source and Hire IT Consultants

✅ Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates effectively

✅ Maintain a strong candidate database and pipeline

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project allocation

🧩 Requirements:

✔️ 1–5+ years of OPT Recruitment experience in US IT staffing

✔️ Strong understanding of recruitment & sales strategies

✔️ Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals

✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
