Job Description
CNC Operator / CNC Programmer We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer who can independently manufacture mechanical components as per engineering drawings. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC machining, programming, and quality control. Key Responsibilities:- Operate CNC Lathe / VMC machines efficiently Read and interpret engineering drawings Create and edit CNC programs (G-code & M-code) Perform tool setting and offset adjustments Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks Maintain required production targets Perform basic machine maintenance Core Requirement:- Candidate must be capable of manufacturing the following parts: Shafts, Bushes, Sleeves Flanges and round components Internal and external threading Drilling, Tapping, and Boring operations Step turning and taper turning Simple fixture-based components Precision parts with tight tolerances (up to ±0.01 mm) Technical Skills Required:- CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls) Strong knowledge of G-code & M-code Ability to use measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge) Good understanding of engineering drawings (2D) Basic knowledge of GD&T
