Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in SQL and database management, along with hands-on experience in system administration. This role is critical in ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and seamless hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security
• Manage and maintain SQL databases, including performance tuning, backups, and recovery
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
• Ensure database integrity, security, and compliance with data protection standards
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security checks
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
• Manage user access, permissions, and system policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to support hospital management systems
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong knowledge of SQL (mandatory)
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and networking fundamentals

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in system administration and database management preferred
• Proven hands-on experience in SQL database

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Type:

• Full-time, Permanent

• In person (Kovur, Chennai)
