Macnab Transit, a leader in Canadian-built transportation solutions, is expanding its commercial team. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative with experience in the Canadian bus, coach, or commercial vehicle industry to help drive our next phase of growth.
Role Description
As a key member of our sales team, you will build strong relationships with transit agencies, school bus operators, charter operators, and private fleets across Canada with a high focus in Ontario . You’ll represent our premium product line and help customers find the right solutions for their operational needs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects across public and private transportation sectors
- Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and client consultations
- Prepare proposals, quotations .
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and after‑sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent Macnab Transit at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including client relationship management, lead generation, and effective negotiation techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
- Technical knowledge or experience with transportation, automotive, or related industries
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision
