The project:
This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Drives team performance through coaching, development, and results delivery.
- Manages structure or fit‑out packages, ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards.
- Liaises with Project Package Managers on programme and critical path activities.
- Leads lookahead meetings and provides planned vs actual performance data.
- Escalates deviations from plan to construction leadership when required.
- Applies digital strategy, ensuring accurate use of construction information.
- Oversees close‑out, QAQC plans, ITPs, and handover documentation.
- Builds strong stakeholder relationships while promoting best practice, digital innovation, and net zero carbon transition.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil.
- Experience in the relevant field.
