They are currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead their Vaughan location. Lead the overall performance of the branch, including sales growth, operations, and profitability.
Coach and develop a team across sales and operations, building a strong, accountable culture. Maintain and grow key customer relationships within the local market. Drive business development activity and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
Experience in electrical sales (inside or outside) or a closely related technical distribution environment. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team. Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Established relationships with contractors, builders, or within the local market are considered an asset. Strong compensation package including base salary and bonus structure (OTE $150K+). RRSP matching, benefits, car allowance, and pension options.
