Agriculture Executive (Farm Operations)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Agriculture Executive to manage and support day-to-day farm operations. The candidate will be responsible for crop management, farm activities, and ensuring efficient agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily farm activities including planting, cultivation, and harvesting
• Monitor crop health and apply fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation as required
• Manage soil health, crop rotation, and modern farming techniques
• Operate and supervise use of agricultural equipment and machinery
• Coordinate with farm workers and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain records of farm production, inputs, and outputs
• Ensure proper care of crops and overall farm maintenance
• Identify pests/diseases and take corrective actions
• Follow safety and environmental standards in farming practices

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: M.Sc Agriculture (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of crop production, soil management, and irrigation
• Ability to work in field conditions and handle farm operations

Good communication and team management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
