Our capabilities include digital transformation, software development, cloud migration, applications & infrastructure, cybersecurity, data delivery & analytics, and IT talent solutions.  </div>M9 Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer to work hybrid remote/onsite in support of a government contract for a client located in Bethesda, MD. An active TS/SCI clearance is required. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Employ software development techniques and methodologies for solving tough analytical challenges.</li> <li>Use software development skills to automate manual analytical processes.</li> <li>Opportunity to expand beyond specializations to include front-end user interfaces, back-end microservices, web services, cloud architectures, as well as databases and other persistent data stores.</li> <li>Deploy developed IT solutions, user applications, databases, and other IT capabilities.</li> <li>Design and develop specialized user solutions, applications, and databases using a hybrid Agile approach within a DevOps environment.</li> <li>Provide Tier 3 technical support for deployed applications and databases.</li> <li>Maintain code integrity and organization.</li> <li>Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features, including coordination and documentation of deployment procedures, release plans, etc.</li> <li>Support off-hours deployment, such as evenings or weekends.</li> </ul> Required Skills and Qualifications <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI security clearance.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.</li> <li>Understanding of cloud architectures and enabling tools and technologies, such as AWS Cloud (GovCloud/C2S).</li> <li>Familiar with Amazon Web Managed Services (AWS) JavaScript, Angular, Typescript, Node.js, MongoDB, JSON, SQL, and XML.</li> <li>High experience level with back-end programming languages (Java/Spring, Python).</li> <li>Working knowledge of datastores MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, S3, Redshift, Redis, and Elasticsearch.</li> <li>Familiar with technologies jQuery, ASP/.Net, NoSQL, PL/SQL, LDAP, HTTP, REST/SOAP, and RDBMS.</li> <li>Familiar with Configuration Management and CI Tools, such as Git/Gitlab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven, Ansible, and Chef.</li> <li>Familiar with Linux/Unix server environments.</li> <li>Experience with Agile development methodology.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence.</li> <li>Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.</li> <li>Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.</li> <li>Keen interest in learning and using the latest software tools, methods, and technologies to solve real-world problem sets vital to national security.</li> </ul>     Preferred Skills and Qualifications <ul> <li>Working knowledge of software platforms and services, such as Docker, Kubernetes, JMS/SQS/SNS, Kafka, AWS Lambda, and NiFi.</li> <li>Working knowledge of public keys and digital certificates.</li> <li>Experience with automated testing patterns and tools, such as Mocha/Chai, JUnit, NUnit, and TestNG.</li> <li>Experience with DevOps environments.</li> <li>Expertise in various COTS, GOTS, and open-source tools that support the development of data integration and visualization applications.</li> <li>Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.</li> <li>Specialization in Object Oriented Programming languages, scripting, and databases.</li> <li>Familiar with Python, Groovy, and Shell Script. </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"> Full-Time Employee Compensation <ul> <li>M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
