Excutive Chef

We are new restaurant opening the Dupont Circle of DC. Seeking to hire an Executive Chef with a minimum of seven years experience, that is highly motivated and has a love for working in high energy, high volume restaurant. We desire the following skill set for this position.

Creating, costing out and executing a full menu.

Hiring support staff, such as sous chef, line cooks, and dishwaters.

Responsible for scheduling and budgeting payroll for all BOH employees.

Ordering, budgeting and inventory management.

Experience with TOAST restaurant operating system is a plus
