Plant Manager

Location: Pithampur (Sector 3) Industry: Fabrication Experience Required: 10-15 Years Job Responsibilities: Oversee complete plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the fabrication unit Monitor production planning and meet delivery timelines Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost Maintain quality standards as per company requirements Handle manpower management, supervision, and team coordination Ensure safety compliance and proper use of machinery and equipment Coordinate with different departments like Purchase, Stores, and HR Prepare and maintain production reports and MIS Required Skills: Strong knowledge of fabrication processes Leadership and team handling ability Good problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of production planning and quality control Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting) Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field
