Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager for the furniture industry to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and knowledge of furniture products, showroom management, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete showroom/store operations efficiently.
• Supervise sales staff, store assistants, and warehouse team.
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of furniture products in the showroom.
• Monitor daily sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Maintain stock records, inventory control, and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Ensure timely replenishment of furniture stock and accessories.
• Coordinate with purchase, dispatch, and logistics departments.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards in the store.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
• Train and motivate staff for better customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure proper billing, documentation, and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Graduate in any discipline.
• Additional certification in retail management is an advantage.

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in furniture showroom/store management preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
