Salesforce Architect (10+ yrs exp) – Service Cloud & Agentforce

m-Pledge Consulting, a global digital transformation partner of Salesforce, hiring Salesforce Architects with strong experience in Agentforce, Salesforce Lightning and LWC, Sales and Service Cloud, Apex, Triggers, Flows and Integration. Minimum 10 years of experience

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to provide technical leadership and solution architecture for complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce programs. The role requires deep, hands-on expertise across core Salesforce clouds, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience with Salesforce Agentforce. You will be responsible for end-to-end architecture decisions from discovery and design to build, integration, deployment, and optimization while mentoring teams and driving Salesforce best practices.

Mandatory Certificates: PD1, PD2 and Application Architect or System Architect

Work Location: Hybrid working from office at Bangalore, Chennai or Hyderabad

Timing: 1300 hrs. to 2200 hrs. IST (supporting US client)
