Role & responsibilities
- 4 - 6 years of hands‑on experience in End User Computing (EUC) administration, managing Windows devices, modern management platforms, and enterprise endpoint environments.
- Experience working with infrastructure and digital experience monitoring technologies such as Nexthink, Patch My PC, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
- Hands‑on experience with Power Automate and Power BI for workflow automation, data visualization, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Citrix, App‑V, Cloud PC/Windows 365, or other VDI platforms, including application virtualization and remote desktop delivery
