Now Hiring: Transportation Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Secane, PA

LYNC Transportation Services is hiring a Transportation Coordinator to support daily operations, scheduling, and communication between drivers, schools, and families.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-supported environment.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules, including field trips and special requests
• Communicate with drivers, schools, and families
• Update routes and support operational planning
• Prepare afternoon driver assignments and monitor service performance

Additional Support (As Needed)

• Assist with driving coverage during call-outs or emergencies
• Provide support as a vehicle attendant or monitor if needed
• Help ensure all routes are fully covered and running smoothly

What Were Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, apps, and phone systems such as Zoom
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in real time
• Transportation, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred
