We are currently looking to hire a Server Assistant to join our esteemed restaurant team. This role plays a vital part in supporting a seamless dining experience characterized by thoughtful and heartfelt hospitality. The Server Assistant works closely with servers, bartenders, culinary teams, and leadership to ensure the smooth flow of service and to uphold Lyle’s culture, mission, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences. The Server Assistant’s daily responsibilities include supporting servers and bartenders during service, resetting tables according to the restaurant's standards, assisting with food running, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining areas and service stations, and maintaining excellent communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams. This role requires a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

The compensation for this position starts at $10.00 per hour plus gratuity, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
