Lycopodium is expanding its Drafting & Design team. This role requires extensive experience in process plant design and the ability to produce detailed designs under supervision. With over 10 years of relevant experience, you will deliver solutions that meet project budgets and timelines while supervising junior personnel to foster their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality 3D models from design engineers' calculations
• Ensure compliance with Lycopodium CAD procedures and international standards
• Supervise and guide junior designers within your team
• Review vendor drawings for accuracy in design documentation
• Collaborate with design teams to meet project budgets and schedules

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in process plant design
• Diploma in Engineering Design Drafting or equivalent
• Proficiency in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer and MicroStation
• Strong report-writing and communication skills
• Commitment to quality improvement in design
