Role Overview:
As the Operations Manager Travel at Luxury Cloud, your primary responsibility will be to manage high-end travel experiences, focusing on luxury hotel bookings and services for HNI/VIP clients. You will need to be detail-oriented, client-focused, and have strong relationships with luxury hotel brands and travel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international hotel bookings for high-end and VIP clients, negotiating for the best rates, upgrades, and complimentary services.
- Design and execute customized travel itineraries with luxury services, experiences, and logistics, offering personalized experiences such as private transfers, exclusive tours, and special event access.
- Serve as a point of contact for all client travel requirements, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by offering prompt support, accurate information, and premium service.
- Build a strong vendor network including DMCs, hotel partners, transport providers, and local concierge services, ensuring seamless coordination for smooth travel execution.
- Manage booking confirmations, payment tracking, vouchers, invoices, and other travel documents, maintaining accurate records of client preferences, bookings, and follow-up schedules.
- Provide real-time assistance during travel disruptions or emergencies, being available for urgent client requirements beyond office hours when needed.
- Analyse trip feedback and client behavior to improve services, maintain reports on booking trends, client satisfaction, and partner performance.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in travel operations, preferably with a luxury travel company or concierge service.
