Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Help Desk Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with hardware and software, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. Day-to-day activities include maintaining and managing desktop computers, ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering exceptional customer and technical support with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for effectively identifying and resolving technical issues
- Experience in Help Desk Support and providing excellent Customer Support
- Proficiency in managing Desktop Computers and related IT systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide clear, empathetic, and patient assistance
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
