We are hiring an Entry Level Team Member to support a growing telecommunications campaign in the Stockton area. This role is built for individuals who want to work directly with customers, build accounts, and drive sales results in a fast-moving environment.

As an Entry Level Team Member, you will meet with customers, explain wireless service options, and help them get started with new accounts or upgrades. You will play a key role in customer acquisition, account support, and ongoing customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work directly with customers to present wireless services, pricing, and promotions
• Assist with new account setup, upgrades, and service changes
• Help customers choose plans that match their needs and usage
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
• Contribute to daily and weekly sales goals while maintaining a strong customer experience
