As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our hiring strategy across Canada, supporting high-impact technical functions while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. This role offers a balance of 50% sourcing and 50% full-cycle recruiting, giving you the opportunity to build strong pipelines and close top talent across multiple engineering disciplines. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, employee referrals, and other creative channels. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings and posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring readiness for upcoming demand. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Lumentum’s values and culture. Leverage market data and insights to influence hiring decisions and advise business leaders. Collaborate with the broader TA and HR teams to drive process improvements, DEIB initiatives, and employer branding campaigns. What We’re Looking For Experience: The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment within a high-tech or engineering environment. Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing tools. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills. Experience using Workday or similar ATS platforms. A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering results with speed and quality.
