Role Overview
Lumen India’s Strategy & Engagement team is looking for a Senior Content Designer to drive executive storytelling and brand communication for Operations India and global stakeholders. This role goes beyond PowerPoint design to include multimedia content, visual storytelling, and high‑impact executive communications.
You will work closely with senior leaders in India and the US to translate business priorities into compelling narratives across presentations, videos, newsletters, dashboards, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations, infographics, charts, and dashboards
- Create compelling business storylines around strategy, performance, OBRs, and transformation initiatives
- Develop content across formats: presentations, videos, newsletters, email summaries, and creative collateral
- Support and maintain a SharePoint engagement site (org overview, updates, KPIs, request intake)
- Deliver proactive leadership communications (weekly updates, dashboards, executive summaries)
- Partner directly with senior stakeholders; clarify ambiguous requirements and influence outcomes
- Design and analyze surveys for employee and internal customer feedback
- Use AI tools and modern design techniques to enhance quality and speed
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with multimedia content (video creation/editing preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
- Background in marketing, creative, or global stakeholder support preferred
- Telecom / technology industry experience is a plus
