About This Team
Our team sits at the intersection of how products are imagined and brought to life, driving excellence and efficiency across the organization. We’re at our most exciting phase of growth as we unify and scale a multi ‑ platform design system that connects Web, iOS, and Android across regions to deliver cohesive, accessible, and elevated experiences at scale. In this role, you’ll help shape that system and enable teams around the world to move faster, align better, and deliver with confidence
core responsibilities
Refine design system components for top-tier quality and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new components, fostering innovation and aligning design with industry trends.
Lead the ongoing evolution of our design system by staying current with design trends, experimenting with patterns, and incorporating user feedback.
Create detailed documentation for components, guidelines, and best practices, empowering the team and facilitating a collaborative design process.
Support fellow designers in leveraging the design system
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product design or user experience design, with a focus on iOS and design systems.
Proven skills in all of the following: iOS Design, Human Interface Guidelines, Design Systems, User Centered Design Methodologies, and Digital Accessibility.
A portfolio demonstrating your end-to-end design process that showcases your ability to create cohesive, accessible, and systematic solutions.
Solid technical proficiency in Figma and ability to componentize UI elements for reusability.
BA / BS degree UX/UI design, UCD, HCI, or related field of study, or equivalent experience.

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $$105,800-$138,800 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
