We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a leading global automotive manufacturing organization with a growing Shared Service Centre in Pune.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced recruitment professionals with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, and recruitment operations within SSC, GCC, or multinational environments.

The role offers exposure to large-scale hiring operations, global business stakeholders, and process-driven recruitment in a fast-paced multinational setup.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment operations for SSC functions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and candidate pipeline management.

The role requires strong ownership of recruitment delivery, hiring coordination, reporting, and process management while ensuring quality hiring and adherence to hiring timelines and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for SSC/GCC hiring requirements
• Source candidates through:
• LinkedIn
• Job portals
• Employee referrals
• Recruitment vendors
• Market mapping and proactive sourcing
• Conduct candidate screening and assess role suitability
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage stakeholder communication and hiring follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Drive position closures within defined timelines and hiring SLAs
• Coordinate with recruitment vendors and external partners for quality profile delivery
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and hiring MIS reports
• Support onboarding coordination and candidate engagement activities
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements
• Track recruitment metrics including pipeline status, TAT, SLA adherence, and hiring performance

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience in Shared Service Centre (SSC), GCC, multinational, manufacturing, or corporate hiring environments preferred
• Strong experience in:
