- EPABX Technician / Telecom Engineer

An EPABX Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting EPABX (Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange) systems, ensuring smooth internal and external communication for organizations. The role requires strong technical knowledge of telecommunication hardware/software and customer support skills.

Set up EPABX systems, including wiring, extensions, and trunk lines.

Configure call routing, voicemail, IVR, and other features.

Diagnose and repair faults in EPABX hardware and software.

Maintain records of installations, repairs, and upgrades.

Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems (EPABX, VoIP, PSTN).

Familiarity with networking basics (LAN/WAN, IP telephony).
