- Perform QA activities collaboratively

- Implement product integrity standards and support calibration of analytical instruments
- Prepare product qualification reports locally and globally
- Drive Integrated Management System (IMS) initiatives related to reliability, efficiency, product quality, safety, and cost minimization
- Manage analytical instruments and ensure they are in working conditions
- Maintain good housekeeping in the laboratory and surroundings
- Handle a team of people and support Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) goals
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum Postgraduate in Chemistry from a recognized university
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in testing lubricants, additives, chemicals, preferably in an MNC environment
- Sound knowledge of analytical testing instruments, wet analysis, and experience in laboratory blending and synthesis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in handling teams and supporting other works in consultation with QA Manager
- Exposure to workplace management tools like 5S will be an advantage
- Should be flexible to work in shifts on a need basis
