Performance Analyst

Location: Any LTM office(Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities

• Dive deep into web analytics and user journey analysis to understand customer behavior and optimize conversion paths
• Build and maintain Analytics dashboards for executive stakeholders and create custom metrics segments and dimensions
• Conduct thorough QA for new pages and campaigns data layer implementations
• Deliver executiveready reports dashboards and strategic recommendations to guide future investments

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• 7 years of proven experience in data engineering data modeling and database architecture
• Handson expertise in BI platforms and tools Tableau for advanced analytics and data visualization
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Extensive handson experience in data analysis integration transformation and developing managing deploying machine learning models in production
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS
• Strong understanding of ML Ops and building automated pipelines for model deployment and monitoring
• Demonstrated ability to collect refine and transform data from diverse sources including thirdparty tools and external agencies
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
• Mastery of SQL including designing and optimizing complex queries and database structures
• Expert at translating complex data into clear actionable insights for executive audiences
