- Lead and mentor a team of operations engineers supporting Kafka connectors integrations and cloud services
- Drive proactive monitoring alerting and capacity planning initiatives
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership ownership mindset and a structured approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to guide and develop operations engineers
- Composed and clear thinking during high impact production incidents
