Job Description

Work in a 24x7 international customer service process environment, handling customer complaints and queries in a rotational shift pattern, five days a week.

  • Utilize strong command of the English language to clearly articulate solutions and empathetically engage with customers.
  • Develop an expert, dynamic understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Quickly resolve product or service issues by investigating customer complaints, determining the root cause of the problem, following standard operating procedures, and providing the best solution to the problem.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of ownership and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage customers across multiple mediums, including chat, phone, and offline communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
