Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, associate will be responsible for the development and optimization of our Digital PRO and EPRO domain, overseeing all PRO & EPRO related pages, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and User Experience, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Designing, building, and delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of Digital PRO -related systems and pages.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, contributing to the stability and success of the Digital PRO domain.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications: ·

• 2+ years of experience in software development or a related field
• 2 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to our technology stack.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on fostering a positive team culture.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development
• Developing a user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces using modern front-end technologies (such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Node).
• Ensure that the front-end code adheres to best practices, is scalable, and is optimized for performance and accessibility.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver cohesive and high-quality user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on front-end solutions.

Feature Development:

• Design and implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Prioritize user-centric design principles to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Performance Optimization:

• Analyze and optimize front-end performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions.
• Implement best practices for front-end performance, including lazy loading, code splitting, and optimizing asset delivery.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Maintain and improve the existing front-end codebase, addressing bugs and implementing enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues, ensuring a stable and reliable user experience.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively implement improvements to the development process.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the front-end team.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure thorough testing of front-end code, utilizing automated testing frameworks (such as Jest, Cypress, or Selenium) to maintain high quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with QA teams to address any issues identified during testing phases.

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

• 2+ years of professional experience building modern web user interfaces
• 2+ years of experience working with Javascript, Node Js.
• 2+ years of experience working with React or relevant frameworks.
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling practices (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design).
• Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library (Cypress/Playwright a plus).
• Experience on working with source code control systems.
• Experience working with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment tools.
• Exposure to analytics/monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of component architecture, design systems, and reusable UI patterns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
• Experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with strong ownership and delivery mindset.
