Fitness Club Leadership Role

We are looking for a true fitness rockstar to join us on-site and help rebuild and develop a strong, high-performing team focused on both sales excellence and exceptional customer service.

This is for someone who genuinely understands the fitness industry at a high level. Someone who understands people, leadership, culture, systems, and the psychology behind helping people say yes to changing their lives.

You should be experienced in large box fitness, confident with technology, CRM, and billing systems, and passionate about fitness and human connection.

We are looking for someone mature, coachable, positive, emotionally intelligent, and able to communicate with empathy, passion, and a true service-to-others mentality.

You will work directly with an owner who is deeply immersed in the industry, believes strongly in coaching and leadership development, and values people who continue learning with a beginner’s mind, no matter how experienced they are. This is for someone who wants to have fun, bring joy to themselves, and those they serve.
