Job Description

Join the agricultural industry as a Sales Agronomist. Leverage your experience to recommend high-quality nutrients and fertilizers, conduct trials, and engage with customers on-site.

In this full-time Associate role, you'll apply your educational background and agronomy experience to enhance product offerings and market strategies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing soil and tissue tests, providing recommendations, and promoting Proven Seed varieties to farm customers. Engage in meaningful interactions with industry contacts and contribute to successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers with nutritional product recommendations
  • Develop and manage grower demonstration plots
  • Analyze and interpret soil and tissue test results
  • Plan field testing using defined protocols
  • Attend customer meetings to present technical insights

Requirements

  • 2+ years in agronomy or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent
  • Certificate in Agriculture or equivalent preferred
  • Class 5 driver’s license required
