Together, these complementary divisions operate from a 35,000-square-foot distribution centre in Scarborough, Ontario, supporting educators, clinicians, and organizations across the country with the products and expertise they need to succeed.

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist for a one-year maternity leave contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position. Specific responsibilities include:

· Assisting customers with follow-up queries relating to shipping, returns and damages

· Enter all orders received via telephone, email or from webstore

· Provide support to customers via phone, email and chat tools

· Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to support sales activities

· Updating and entering relevant information in the company’s business systems to enhance customer and team communication, such as order entry

· Process all customer incoming web-based orders

· Process credit card payments as required

· Part-time reception duties as required

Qualifications / skills:

  • Strong oral and written communicator, bilingual in French preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience through various contact methods – telephone, email, online chat
  • Good data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy
  • Decent problem-solving skills, ability to think within accepted parameters when dealing with customer returns
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel, and ability to adapt to an ERP system for order entry and returns management
  • Extremely well organised utilising an electronic filing system

· Adaptable, willing to learn and a true multi-tasker

Schedule:

· In-office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

· Location: 2123 McCowan Rd, Scarborough, ON M1S 3Y6
